The objective of conducting the circle time was to help combat team challenges and to de-stress, refresh, and foster better communication and team collaboration. This report summarizes and analyzes the session designed specifically for teachers to improve their well-being and teamwork.

Overall, on the scale 1-10, for overall satisfaction of the circle- 8 teachers rated it10, 2 teachers rated it 9.
CONCLUSION
The teachers reported that the session was beneficial and that they felt good afterwards. The Rotary Interact Installation Ceremony of the "Interact Club of Nitte International School" was held on 24th March 2025, marking a significant milestone. The event was attended by distinguished guests, including Rtn Jayanta Chatterjee, President; Rtn John Daniel, District Interact President; Rtn Rashmi Tanksali, Rotary District Zone Governor; and Rtn Dr. Susan Sanny, Principal.

Introduction:
A specialized .22 rifle training session was conducted for the 2nd year SD/SW (Senior Division/Senior Wing) and JD/JW (Junior Division/Junior Wing) cadets at Nagarjuna College, Chikkaballapura. The training was aimed at enhancing the marksmanship skills of the cadets and instilling discipline and focus required for shooting sports and defence training.

Cadets from the 2nd year SD (15 students )/SW( 15 students) and JD (14 students )/JW (13 students) batches actively participated. Each cadet was given the opportunity to practice and refine their shooting skills under the guidance of experienced trainers.

On the occasion of International Women’s Day, the NIS - NCC wing, in collaboration with 5Kar Bn NCC Chikkaballapura NCC cadets organized a comprehensive awareness program. This initiative aimed to highlight the vital role of women in society, promote gender equality, and educate participants about women's rights and empowerment.

NIS organised Graduation Day on 7th March 2025. It was the most overwhelming and mesmerising moment for both parents and teachers to see our young learners cross another milestone and get appreciated and certified for their good conduct, discipline and academic achievements of the year. It was a remarkable moment to see our tiny tots walk with pride inside the activity hall dressed in bright red shiny satin gowns.
The grand event culminated by invoking the almighty, by prayers and ‘lighting of the lamp’. In the hustle and bustle of our lives there was a nerve calming Invocation dance. We had a very cheerful and splendid dance by cute and sparkling LKG children. We had special recognition awards “THE STAR OF THE YEAR” best students from each class. All the children were handed over mementos. We had children and parents of UKG share their reminiscence with us on a very happy note. The graduation day ended on a happy note with parents and students looking forward towards greater accomplishments
NIS in collaboration with Kristu Jayanti College (Autonomous) organised an interactive session for selected students of ATL at the Kristu Jayanti Software development centre which focussed on igniting curiosity and a passion for innovative mindset .The students had an enriching experience.

A group of 106 students from Pre-Primary to Middle School of NITTE International School attended the inter-school fest MANGO fest (Marvellous Abloom New Generation Opportunities) conducted at Kristu Jayanti School on 9th February 2025. Seven teachers accompanied the students for the fest. The event commenced with a formal inaugural function at 9:30 AM, followed by various competitions held at designated venues throughout the day.

On 6th January 2025, a career counselling session was conducted for the Grade 12 students of NIS. The session aimed to guide students in making informed decisions about their future academic and career paths. Experts from various institutions under the Nitte Education Trust in Bangalore were invited to share their insights and experiences.
The session introduced to the students the diverse career options available in today’s dynamic world, focusing on areas such as engineering, medicine, management, law, and emerging fields like data science and AI. Representatives from Nitte institutions highlighted the unique opportunities and courses offered by their colleges, including hands-on learning, internships, and placements.
Students were encouraged to identify their interests and strengths and were guided on how to align them with suitable career choices. The experts provided detailed insights into different streams, entrance examinations, and admission processes. They also emphasized the importance of skill-building, networking, and staying updated with industry trends.
An interactive Q&A session allowed students to address their specific queries and gain clarity on potential career paths. Many students expressed their appreciation for the session, stating that it was both inspiring and informative.

“Giving is not just about making a donation. It is about making a difference” NIS YLAC Equality Club organised an extension service titled “Anubandhan” to Vidyagokula ,a shelter home for destitute children, at Singanayakanahalli on 13 January, 2024. The students organised games for the children and had an interactive session. Stationery, note books, food items and toiletries were distributed . The club members found it a great way to contribute to society.
As part of Vigilance awareness week , Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd. organised an Inter school debate competition at Nitte International School, Bangalore on 2nd November, 2023 on the topic “Will digitalisation alone make India Corruption free? ”The Host school, Kendriya Vidyalaya, CRPR and Kendriya Vidyalaya, RWF participated in the debate.It was an informative session for all .
A session on the topic ‘Navigating the Digital Landscape' - Crafting a positive and responsible social media presence was conducted for the students of grades 8 to 12 on 1st December ,2023 .The resource person Mr.Tony ,a Media and Broadcasting Professional spoke about impact of social media, cyber security, cyber bullying , plagiarism awareness digital citizenship to name a few. It was an enlightening session and was much appreciated by the students.
