Our students of NIS participated in The Prince Cup POOMESE Taekwondo Championship held at Kaggadsapura Sports Complex, Bangalore. Over 82 schools participated under three age categories- 7-8 years, 9-10 years, and 11-12 years.
A set of experienced referees including Grand Masters were present to officiate the matches. The students had displayed their hard work, dedication and skilled practice. The enthusiasm and great zeal displayed by our students was so infectious that made us proud with their performance.
Two students of Grade 7 C had a fighting bout- KYORUGI and won two gold medals in the competition.
The event culminated with a valedictory ceremony where all the participants received a participation certificate. We were felicitated with two overall performance trophies.
An inter-school competition, Olestico – 2023 was organized on 18 th of August for the students of Grade 1 to 5 by PRESIDENCY SCHOOL BANGALORE NORTH.
Many Schools like National Public School, HDFC School, Sri Sri Ravishankar School, Presidency School (East), St Paul School, Army Public School, Sindhi School, Presidency School North branch etc participated in all the events.
There were 20 events like Beats & Steps (Dance),Fitness (Yogasana),Culinary (Cooking without fire), Graphics Ad makers,Graphics Brand power (Logo Designing), Music solo singing etc..
Out of 20 events our school students participated in 16 events like dance, literary events, art, mash-up, Sci-Fi, graphics, yoga, culinary etc. There were 34 students participating in all these 16 events according to their level and category which the host school had mentioned in the brochure. It was a proud moment for NITTE, as we bagged prizes in 6 events.

An Inter School competition , LITERARY TRYST- 2023 was organized on 23rd of August for the students of grade 1-4 by NAGARJUNA VIDYANIKETAN SCHOOL , Bangalore North .
There were 14 events namely- Vibing voice (English, Kannada, Hindi ), Finger print, Puzzle Champion, walk tall as them, Pick & speak, Innopression, Guess and speak, Puzzle Shuffle, Poster making, Impressive writing, Quiz and Comic Art .
